Sniff sniff

Tears!! I've done so much public crying the last two days at school. I hate graduation ceremonies. At the same time, it is a celebration. But it was so hard saying goodbye. One of the hardest parts was when my genkiest student, Daijiro, came into the teachers office with the rest of his class, he was crying and touching his chest saying, "e, miss you. i miss you. i heart miss you." That made me burst into tears. He came over to shake my hand but it became a full fledged squeezy hug. That ripped right through me. arrgh! he is a real sweetheart. i love his energy, its incredible. ill definitley miss him.

Another sweet part was when Chizuru was giving her speech to the rest of the school. In part of it she said in English, "English is fun. English makes us happy.Thankyou E and Ms S" More tears!

So many good memories. Happy and sad. If this is what its like saying goodbye to some students, how hard is it going to be to leave Japan??! eek!

I love my kids! I'm going to miss my 3nen babies! :( They are so sweet and funny. Was greeted and sayonar'd today by the boys hanging out the library window shouting stuff at me, "...nice pink sweater yo!" "What you doing now?" See you soon!""Lets karaoke together!" etc etc.... awww!

Apart from that positive - im going crazy. Theres not enough people. Boorrrrrring. Going round in circles. AAaaaaaah! bleh.

Decided to stay a third year. It wasnt really a decision. I just kind of ran out of time and circled to stay as i was running up the stairs to hand in the form. eek! Hopefully it will work out ok though. Hope i enjoy it here. Have to genki power up!

Peach Boy

Read my grade 9s the story of Momotaro today. was cute :) They are the genkiest kids in all the world. Apart from that I just kinda spaced out at my desk reading a novel and eating my slimey lunch. Trying to decide about staying a third year. Decision is due this Friday! But Japan has made me unable to think. eek! Not sure what to do after Japan, but dont think thats a good reason to stay really. bleh

If I leave ill miss Kitty chan, okonomiyaki and yakiniku, matsuris, rice fields and my kids. If i stay i might be invisible forever!!! ayee! no one wants that :)
